We're seeking a
highly skilled and result-oriented SEO Specialist
to join our growing team at [Your Company Name]. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling SEO strategies for international markets within the
IT Software Development Services
domain. You'll be responsible for driving organic growth, generating qualified leads, and building our brand authority globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive
    SEO strategies
    to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Perform
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
    .
  • Manage and execute
    content strategy
    aligned with SEO goals — collaborate with the content team for blogs, landing pages, and guest posts.
  • Handle
    technical SEO audits
    , website performance optimization, and link-building activities.
  • Focus on
    international SEO
    to enhance visibility and reach across global markets.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.).
  • Work closely with the
    marketing and business development
    teams to generate quality leads through SEO.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    3+ years of experience
    as an SEO Specialist in an
    IT Software Services company
    (mandatory).
  • Proven expertise in
    International Market SEO
    (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B lead generation
    through organic channels.
  • Excellent
    content writing and keyword optimization
    skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like
    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
    , etc.
  • Strong
    communication skills
    (verbal & written) and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of
    technical SEO, schema markup, site architecture
    , and
    website audit tools
    .
