Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist located in Indore. The role involves performing quality control tests, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality assurance inspections, and contributing to the overall quality management system. The specialist will also perform quality audits, document findings, and work to maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires close collaboration with teams to uphold Bio-Medica Laboratories' commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures
  • Experience with Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) frameworks
  • Skills in Quality Auditing, including inspection and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in quality management systems are a plus
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical testing or manufacturing environment is highly beneficial
