Heal Life Hospital is a growing multi-specialty hospital in Bhiwandi, committed to delivering quality healthcare with compassion and efficiency. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day hospital operations (OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, housekeeping).
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and overall HR coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare schemes (PMJAY, MJPJAY, CMRF) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle patient care coordination, grievance redressal, and customer service.
  • Oversee billing, accounts, and financial monitoring in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Manage empanelment, audits, government inspections, and hospital documentation.
  • Assist hospital management and doctors with meetings, paperwork, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of government health schemes, insurance, and hospital compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software.
