**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to ensure the hospital's growth and sustainability.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee the hospital's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- **Human Resources**: Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the highest quality of patient care.
- **Community Relations**: Foster positive relationships with the local community, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the hospital's operations.
- **Technology Integration**: Stay abreast of emerging healthcare technologies and implement them effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
