As a
Concierge Manager
, you'll be the trusted partner to our Ultra/High-Net-Worth members, curating experiences that go far beyond reservations and travel plans. This role is about anticipating needs before they're voiced, transforming requests into memories, and always raising the bar of what "service" means.

What you'll do

  • Be the single point of contact for our members — managing everything from private event planning and rare item sourcing to global travel itineraries.
  • Leverage a worldwide network of partners, artisans, and experts to secure access others can't.
  • Create once-in-a-lifetime moments — yacht charters, front-row at global fashion shows, private meet-and-greets with artists, or the perfect hidden-gem dinner.
  • Uphold the highest discretion, always.
