Job Overview:

The Interior Design Faculty will be responsible for training students in both the creative and technical aspects of interior design — from concept development and space planning to 3D visualization and material selection. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has strong visualization skills, and enjoys mentoring students toward successful design careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach interior design concepts, principles, and software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3ds Max.
  • Develop and update course materials, assignments, and projects in line with current design trends and industry standards.
  • Guide students in developing design portfolios and executing real-world design projects.
  • Conduct practical workshops, site visits, and design presentations.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other faculties to maintain high teaching quality and innovation.
  • Encourage creativity, design thinking, and sustainable design approaches in the classroom.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, materials, furniture design, and lighting design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and related design tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire creativity among students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
