About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the automobile sector and EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to support product development, installation, testing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design, development, and testing of EV charging systems and mechanical components.
  • Conduct site surveys, charger installation support, and equipment inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
  • Work on product improvements, thermal analysis, mechanical design validation, etc.
  • Prepare technical reports, BOMs, test documentation, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with the R&D, electrical, and operations teams on projects.
  • Provide on-field technical support for EV charger deployment.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and quality checks of mechanical parts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mechanical Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech).
  • 3+ years of experience in the automobile industry and/or EV charging solutions.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design, CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and testing methods.
  • Knowledge of thermal management, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies for EV hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel when required.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
