We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with Manugraph Cityline machines and a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance within a printing environment. Location: Bhiwandi, Thane Department: Engineering / Maintenance Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of Manugraph Cityline machines Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum downtime Maintain and service mechanical components of web offset printing machinery Oversee and handle maintenance of compressors, stackers, and conveyors Ensure smooth machine operations to support production targets Follow safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5 to 7 years of mandatory hands-on experience working on Manugraph Cityline machines Basic knowledge of web offset printing Basic working knowledge of compressors, stackers, and conveyors Skills & Competencies: Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Good communication and reporting skills
