We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with Manugraph Cityline machines and a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance within a printing environment.Location: Bhiwandi, ThaneDepartment: Engineering / MaintenanceEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of Manugraph Cityline machinesTroubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum downtimeMaintain and service mechanical components of web offset printing machineryOversee and handle maintenance of compressors, stackers, and conveyorsEnsure smooth machine operations to support production targetsFollow safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activitiesRequired Qualifications:Educational Qualification:ITI Fitter orDiploma in Mechanical EngineeringExperience:5 to 7 years of mandatory hands-on experience working on Manugraph Cityline machinesBasic knowledge of web offset printingBasic working knowledge of compressors, stackers, and conveyorsSkills & Competencies:Strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamAttention to detail and adherence to safety standardsGood communication and reporting skills
