Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day retail store operations
  • Lead, train, motivate, and schedule store staff
  • Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment
  • Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and damages
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and head office.
  • Analyze store performance on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis, including both overall store results and individual staff performance.
  • Develop and implement actionable plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity based on performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
