Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Environment) or MBA(Marketing/Energy Management)

Position Summary:

The Technical Sales role is a pivotal position in the organization, designed to streamline the sales process and act as a key anchor for the complete sales cycle. The candidate will support business growth through effective client engagement, proposal creation, follow-ups, and implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Objectives of the Role:

*Support and enhance the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client interaction, proposal preparation, and post-sales communication.

*Assist in driving business development activities and promoting the organizations energy-focused solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  2. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.

  3. Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their requirements, and deliver compelling presentations on company products and services.

  4. Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and commercial/technical proposals tailored to client needs.

  5. Create frequent sales reports and reviews, including financial and market data analysis.

  6. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company.

  7. Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to build a knowledge base of best practices and insights.

  8. Support and contribute to the implementation of Go-To-Market strategies (Product, Pricing, Promotion, Place).

  9. Communicate regularly with clients (local and international) and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the business process.

  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey market feedback, customer expectations, and emerging trends.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)

3.Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail

4.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

5.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

6.Knowledge or interest in the Energy, Sustainability, or Industrial Solutions sector

Language Proficiency:English (Fluent)
