Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Follow up with clients regarding proposals, payments, and order status.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain sales records, contracts, and customer data in CRM or internal tools.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly updates for management.
  • Ensure timely updation of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, and finance teams to process orders.
  • Support sales team in arranging demonstrations, presentations, and POCs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for project execution.

Customer Handling

  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and service updates.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and updating client databases.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare documents such as NDAs, agreements, and SOWs in coordination with the legal team.
  • Assist in scheduling reviews, calls, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage email communication and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,102.15 per month
