Sales Intern (Growth & Partnerships)

You'll be part of the process, from research to outreach, from cold emails to real meetings.

You'll:

  • Discover potential clients — startups, founders, and product teams who
    need
    great design.
  • Craft and personalize outreach messages that don't feel like spam.
  • Learn how creative studios position, price, and pitch their work.
  • Build systems — track leads, organize follow-ups, keep momentum alive.
  • Work directly with the founders on real growth experiments.

You'll learn how to
sell design,
not by pushing, but by storytelling.

That's an art few people master early.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone hungry to learn business, communication, and design.
  • You write well, think clearly, and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • You believe in long games over quick wins.
  • You're curious about people, brands, and the stories behind them.
  • You can figure things out — even when it's new, messy, or uncertain.

Design background? Not necessary. (A Plus if already a design background)
