Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Interns to join our growing sales team. This is a field-intensive, hands-on internship for students eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B Technology Sales in the fast-growing hospitality tech sector.
As a Sales Intern, you will represent our company, interact with potential clients daily, and directly contribute to our growth in the Pune & Mumbai region. Exceptional performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and transition into a full-time Sales Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, Cafes).
- Client Visits: Conduct daily field visits and meet decision-makers (Hotel Managers, Owners, F&B Managers).
- Product Demonstration: Deliver impactful presentations and live demos of our IT products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Record calls, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Market Feedback: Share on-ground insights with product & marketing teams.
- Reporting: Submit regular activity and progress reports.
- Target Achievement: Work towards weekly and monthly goals for meetings & lead conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, BHM, BCom or related fields.
- Communication: Strong verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Marathi preferred.
- Attitude: Energetic, confident, resilient, and self-motivated with a go-getter mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Interest in technology & software solutions.
- Personal Traits: Persuasive, organized, and comfortable in a field-intensive role.
