Job Title: Sales Intern (6 Months Internship – Future Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Pune (WFO)
Duration: 6 Months (Can be converted to Full-Time based on performance)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern who will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in sales, learn customer communication, and work in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential customers to pitch company products/services
- Lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, leads, and conversions
- Scheduling demos/meetings for sales team
- Supporting the sales executives in day-to-day sales tasks
- Researching and identifying potential client databases and markets
- Maintaining CRM and updating lead status regularly
Work Timings
- Currently: IST working hours
- Later: Will require working as per UK time zone
- (Flexibility to shift timing is mandatory)
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Basic understanding of sales process and cold calling (training will be provided)
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work target driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Freshers / recent graduates preferred
