About Position:Business finance for a Unit is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of that Unit. They analyze financial data, support large deals, participate in contract negotiations, participate in customer meetings, prepare reports, manage budgets, forecast trends, and advise senior management on financial decisions. They also ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Role: Business FinanceLocation: PuneExperience: 3 to 8 YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Support opportunities, Create P&L, Advice on opportunity closure and contract negotiations. Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.

Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Expertise You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Minimum of three years of experience in finance management in a similar industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software include Oracle and Power BiExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
