Business Process and Finance Training Specialist

As a Business Process and Finance Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to college students on business process and finance-related topics.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate effective orientation and induction sessions for participants. They should also be proficient in using online tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on business process and finance-related topics for college students
  • Develop and maintain relevant documents related to the training and trainees
  • Interact with batches of students and address their queries

Requirements:

  • Finance/accounts graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • SAP certified/trained professional (desirable)
  • Prior coaching experience preferred
  • Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi
  • Willing to travel across Maharashtra
