We're looking for a dynamic Field Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training and upskilling our BTL sales team on-ground. This includes onboarding new field executives, conducting refresher trainings, ensuring pitch consistency, and boosting field performance through regular coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding training for new BTL sales hires (door-to-door, society activations, etc.)
  • Design and deliver training modules on product, sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques
  • Do regular field visits to observe, coach, and give performance feedback
  • Ensure SOP and pitch adherence across all field staff
  • Track training effectiveness and performance improvement post-training
  • Create quick training decks, video demos, and checklists for easy field use
  • Identify gaps in sales performance and implement targeted training interventions

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in BTL sales training or field sales management
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and coaching skills
  • Hands-on experience in door-to-door or society activation campaigns is a big plus
  • Ability to motivate and manage large field teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground
