Job Description – Sales Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate
Sales Trainer
to join our team at MCTA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our students, business development team, and corporate clients. This role involves content creation, classroom delivery, and representing MCTA at external workshops and seminars.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
Design and develop sales training content including presentations, case studies, assignments, and supporting materials.
Continuously update training modules to keep them aligned with the latest industry practices.
Classroom Training
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions across MCTA Mumbai centers (Vashi, Ghatkopar, Andheri).
Deliver sales training programs to students and professionals, ensuring strong conceptual and practical learning outcomes.
New Joinee Training
Conduct structured sales training for new Business Development (BD) team members to enable faster onboarding and productivity.
Workshops & Seminars
Organize and lead awareness workshops/seminars in colleges to promote MCTA courses and generate student interest.
Represent MCTA as a thought leader in sales training.
Corporate Training
Deliver customized sales training programs at client locations for B2B corporate clients.
- Work closely with corporate partners to understand their requirements and design suitable training modules.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in
sales training / corporate training / business development
. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to travel across Mumbai centers and client locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
content development
and instructional design. - Exposure to
corporate sales processes
and consultative selling. - Ability to manage and engage large groups in training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
