Manager/Assistant Manager – Growth [Acquisition]
to take ownership of our acquisition strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and other emerging channels. This is your chance to
own the P&L, lead high-impact campaigns, and make a measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Own the D2C acquisition P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Align acquisition strategies with overall brand and marketing goals.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns end-to-end, including audience targeting, ad creative development (with creative teams), bid management, and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning campaigns.
  • Scale successful initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop compelling ad creatives for Meta & YouTube.
  • Ensure all creative content resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
