Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Lead – Loan Sales to manage, mentor, and drive a team of sales executives. The role requires proven expertise in loan sales, strong people management skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Drive end-to-end loan acquisition, from lead generation to closure.
- Motivate, mentor, and monitor team members to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan sales across products.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance, and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales.
- 1–4 years of experience in a Team Lead role.
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client acquisition skills.
- Target-driven, result-oriented, and performance-focused.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
