We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Lead – Loan Process to manage and guide our loan sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in loan sales (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.), and the ability to ensure the team consistently achieves sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Agents in the loan sales process.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursement.
  • Ensure team members are effectively pitching loan products to potential customers.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Train new hires on loan products, compliance, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Credit, and Collections) for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and data confidentiality.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high energy, discipline, and productivity on the sales floor.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in loans or financial products.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive strategies for improvement.
  • High level of integrity, with customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Loan Sales, with at least 1–2 years as a Team Lead/Supervisor.
  • Experience in NBFC/Banks/BPO handling the loan process will be an added advantage.
