
Sales Team Lead- Loan Process

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Lead – Loan Process to manage and guide our loan sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in loan sales (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.), and the ability to ensure the team consistently achieves sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Agents in the loan sales process.
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursement.
- Ensure team members are effectively pitching loan products to potential customers.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Train new hires on loan products, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Credit, and Collections) for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and data confidentiality.
- Motivate the team to maintain high energy, discipline, and productivity on the sales floor.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in loans or financial products.
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive strategies for improvement.
- High level of integrity, with customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–6 years of experience in Loan Sales, with at least 1–2 years as a Team Lead/Supervisor.
- Experience in NBFC/Banks/BPO handling the loan process will be an added advantage.
