Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: -
- Making sales call and meeting clients.
- Helping clients understand immigration procedures for Canada and Australia permanent residency.
- Explaining to clients and candidates about the various immigration visa processes
- Regular follow-up on enquiries received.
- Identify, resolve queries & handle objections of clients.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Oriented and target driven attitude. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Convert leads and inquiries by interacting with the client through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face discussion, understand the client's profile and visa requiremen,t and provide appropriate solutions based on the client's eligibility and the services offered by the company.
- Able to counsel the client for the process of Canada/Australia immigration from starting to end.
- Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family makes an educated choice & the right decision.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
- Provide a fair and solid evaluation of a candidate's profile.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising candidates on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
