Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Goregaon. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer support and service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, addressing queries, providing service information, and escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • 1-3years experience required.
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles.
  • Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and manage service expectations.
  • Skills in Customer Service Management to oversee service processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the legal or tech industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
