Job Description:Are you a seasoned Marketing Technologist and AI expert with a knack for crafting compelling solutions We re seeking a MarTech AI Solutions Manager to join our dynamic Solution Orchestration teamIn this pivotal role you ll be instrumental in shaping innovative and cohesive solutions for complex deals and proactive pitches for the marketing domain collaborating across various service lines to deliver truly impactful proposalsKey Responsibilities:What You ll DoOrchestrate End to End Solutions Lead the design and orchestration of integrated Marketing and AI solutions for client opportunities from initial concept to detailed proposalThis involves working closely with sales delivery teams and subject matter experts from different service lines egdata creative technology to ensure a unified and compelling offeringDrive Proactive Pitches Develop and present proactive solution pitches that anticipate client needs and market trends showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership in the Marketing and AI spaceBridge the Gap Translate complex technical and functional requirements into clear understandable and business oriented solution narrativesYou ll ensure our solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with client objectivesMarketing Client Acumen Stay abreast of the latest Marketing and AI trends platforms and best practicesLeverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and enhance existing solution frameworksCollaboration Leadership Foster strong relationships with internal teams acting as a central point of contact for solution developmentYou ll guide cross functional teams towards a shared vision for the proposed solutionAdditional Responsibilities:What You ll Bring10 years of progressive experience in MarTech and AI with a strong background in Consulting Solution Delivery or Pre Sales Solutioning rolesDeep expertise in MarTech platforms and ecosystems including CRM Marketing Automation Customer Data Platforms CDP Personalization Engines Analytics Creative Technologies and AdTechProven understanding of AI ML concepts and their application within marketing such as predictive analytics natural language processing computer vision Generative AI and Agentic AI for marketing use casesDemonstrated ability to orchestrate complex solutions involving multiple technologies data sources and business processesExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non technical audiences including CMO CDO Head of Marketing etcStrong business acumen and the ability to understand client challenges define business outcomes and propose solutions that drive measurable valueProven experience in proposal development solution design documentation and presenting to clientsBachelor s degree in Marketing Business Computer Science Information Systems or a related fieldA Master s degree is a plusPreferred Skills:Technology->Digital Marketing->Digital Marketing - ALL
