  • *Market Analysis & Insights*

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer needs.

  • Develop and execute in-store and online promotional campaigns

  • Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and visual teams to optimize product placement

  • Manage point-of-sale materials, signage, and displays

  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution

*Skills Needed:*

  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics

  • Creativity in visual merchandising and promotions

  • Data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with brand goals

  • Manage ad budgets and negotiate contracts with agencies and media outlets
