**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Location**: Edify World School, Attapur

**Job Summary**:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various school-related projects, including marketing materials, digital content, and internal communications. The role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the school's administration and teaching staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Layout**: Create high-quality graphics for both print and digital media, including brochures, banners, flyers, posters, newsletters, and social media content.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the school's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing team, teachers, and administrators to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- **Content Creation**: Develop original content, including illustrations, infographics, and multimedia presentations for various school events and initiatives.
- **Photo & Video Editing**: Edit photos and videos for school events, promotional materials, and social media platforms.
- **Website & Social Media Management**: Support the maintenance and updating of the school’s website and social media channels with fresh and engaging content.
- **Feedback & Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure final approval before production.
- **Printing & Production**: Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production needs, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an educational or related setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or other graphic design software.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique design concepts.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- **Web Design**: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- **Animation & Motion Graphics**: Experience with animation software like After Effects is a plus.
- **Photography**: Basic photography skills for capturing school events and activities.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: The Graphic Designer will work in a creative and collaborative environment, with access to necessary design tools and software.
- **Hours**: Full-time position with standard school hours.
