Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, and leaves.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Gratuity.
  • Prepare and file necessary returns as per compliance timelines.
  • Coordinate with employees to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries.
  • Support audits and provide required documentation.
  • Assist in updating policies, trackers, and compliance reports.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritizcompliancee tasks effectively.
  • Preferred: Experience with HRMS tools for payroll and compliance management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
