Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Gratuity.
- Prepare and file necessary returns as per compliance timelines.
- Coordinate with employees to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries.
- Support audits and provide required documentation.
- Assist in updating policies, trackers, and compliance reports.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliances.
- Ability to manage time and prioritizcompliancee tasks effectively.
- Preferred: Experience with HRMS tools for payroll and compliance management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
