About the Role

We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an Operations Manager to handle day-to-day activities. This person will act as the central point of coordination between vendors, designers, clients, and the internal team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with raw material, packaging, and logistics vendors.

  • Negotiate costs, timelines, and maintain quality standards.

  • Production & Supply Chain

  • Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on-time output.

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control.

  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery of orders.

  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact for client requirements and order tracking.

  • Liaise with designers, branding agencies, and marketing teams for packaging and promotional materials.

  • Process & Compliance

  • Set up and document SOPs for routine operations.

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor quality checks and standards.

  • Reporting & Administration

  • Provide daily/weekly updates to management.

  • Maintain budgets, expense tracking, and vendor payments follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (MBA/Operations/Supply Chain preferred).
  • 48 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or FMCG/beverages/food manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
