Job Brief

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the growing team of our client. In this role, you will play a key part in making sure our garment manufacturing runs smoothly. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily garment manufacturing operations.
  • Manage inventory, production records, reports, and P&L.
  • Work with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and a smooth supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with garment production standards and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Excel and Tally to maintain accurate reports.
  • Lead and guide your team with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt to changing situations, handle pressure, and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production processes and compliance standards.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
