Role & responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads generated through various channels (website, online portals, social media, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Qualify potential buyers through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Present project details, features, and investment benefits to prospective customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients and follow up for feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools) with lead status and conversation logs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, conversion ratios, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
