Role Description

NetSphere Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic 
Senior Sales Executive
 to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. Your strategic input will influence sales approaches, contributing significantly to our market presence and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    B2B sales
    , with a preference for 
    software sales
     or a technology-focused industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree
     in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
