Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Sales
Location: Bhopal Indrapuri (MP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team in Bangalore and Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and present and sales IT solutions including Software, ERP, CRM, Custom Software, and Digital Marketing Services, websites, Applications etc.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and client retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings and support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in software or technology products/services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Online Bidding, Market research, Proposal writing.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between locations and client sites as required.
