Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead end-to-end hiring activities and support workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for IT / Non-IT roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
  • Develop and execute effective
    sourcing strategies
  • Handle senior, niche, and bulk hiring requirements
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Required Skills

  • 6–10+ years of experience in
    Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of
    full-cycle recruitment
  • Expertise in
    sourcing channels
    (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
  • Experience with
    ATS / HRMS tools
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience in
    IT services or consulting firms
  • Exposure to
    US / Global hiring
  • Knowledge of labor laws related to hiring
  • HR certifications (optional)

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
  • Immediate to short-notice joiners preferred
