We are urgently hiring for Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Management & Coordination
- Track and manage incoming leads and enquiries.
- Allocate leads to the appropriate sales executives.
- Follow up on lead status and update reports.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
2. Proposal and Quotation Support
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely dispatch of quotations based on customer requirements.
- Liaise with engineering and estimation teams to prepare accurate bids.
3. Documentation & Pre-Sales Support
- Maintain records of client communications, offers, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards (e.g., drawings, technical specs).
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations or RFP documents.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Be a point of contact for customers for follow-ups or clarifications.
- Assist in resolving queries related to design, pricing, or delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper communication flow between customer and internal teams.
5. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
- Design Team for drawings and layout approvals.
- Estimation Team for cost inputs.
- Project Team for scheduling and order tracking.
- Logistics/Procurement for delivery status.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain sales trackers, order logs, and pipeline status.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., proposal TAT, conversion ratio).
7. Order Management & Handover
- Ensure smooth transition of confirmed orders to the execution team.
- Prepare order handover documents and assist in kick-off meetings.
- Track initial customer approvals or advance payments.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM tool.
