4. Sales Support:
· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the availability of relevant promotional materials.
5. Calendar Management:
· Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
6. Inventory Management:
· Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels and shipments.
7. CRM System Maintenance:
· Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
· Assist in the input of sales data and customer interactions into the CRM system.
8. Administrative Support:
· Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as needed.
