About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Product Support Engineer to provide technical support and product expertise for our North American clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and good communication skills to coordinate with international customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers and partners in North America for product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to analyze and resolve product-related issues.
Handle customer complaints and warranty claims efficiently.
Prepare technical reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
Support in product validation, testing, and field performance feedback.
Coordinate with overseas clients and internal teams via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
2–4 years of experience in product support, application engineering, or customer technical service (preferably for international clients).
Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical & decision making skills.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, assemblies, and Coordinate with clients.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for client coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) will be an added advantage.
