Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a tele sales role and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide product information and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software.
  • Any UG degree preferred .
