We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Customer Relationship Manager (Sales)
with a strong background in telesales, software sales, EdTech, or subscription-based services.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently drive revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective closing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch suitable packages.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of professional sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales.
  • Strong background in
    software sales, EdTech, or subscription-based products
    is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
