  • Vacancies: (Malayalam + English) + (Tamil + English)
  • Languages: Candidate must be fluent in either Malayalam & English OR Tamil & English

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience (preferably in BFSI/insurance sector)

  • Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Pitch health insurance products, explain benefits, and resolve queries.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain customer database and follow-up on leads.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Prior experience in telesales/inside sales (health insurance preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
