Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company's financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure effective financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead, guide, and support the accounts team for smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with management to provide insights for business decisions.
  • Handle vendor payments, client billing, and account settlements.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CA/CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
