Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accountant to manage all taxation-related activities, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Manage tax planning, assessments, and audits.
  • Review financial records, statements, and ledgers for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of tax regulations and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required data and documents.
  • Prepare tax projections and assist with yearly budgeting.
  • Handle tax notices, queries, and communication with tax authorities.
  • Monitor due dates and ensure timely filing of all returns.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits.
  • Assist in preparing MIS Reports related to taxation.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or experience in taxation preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tax accounting.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
