We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team to drive user growth and strengthen brand positioning in the global market. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand communication plans for DeriW to boost brand visibility and user conversion.
  • Plan and implement event marketing campaigns to drive growth in active trading users.
  • Lead KOL, media, and trading community collaborations to expand external traffic sources.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align marketing initiatives with product timelines.
  • Continuously track user feedback and data performance to optimize growth strategies and meet user acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, preferably with a background in Web3, DeFi, and/or crypto trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Web3 community ecosystem, with proven experience in user growth campaigns, market promotion projects, or project launches from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain trends and crypto user behavior, language, and habits.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, capable of independently planning content, writing copy, and engaging with communities.
  • Strong project management skills, data-driven mindset, execution capabilities, and resource integration skills.
  • Familiarity with user growth strategies for international markets, including Southeast Asia, Latin America, Turkey, and Russian-speaking regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience growing a Web3 project from 0 to 1.
  • Existing media, KOL, or marketing agency resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of growth tactics in emerging markets.
