Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design solutions that align with brand standards and user needs.
  • Develop modern product and website designs, ensuring accessibility and responsive functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to refine and enhance UI/UX designs.
  • Translate abstract ideas into impactful digital experiences.
  • Create and maintain digital design systems using Figma and other design tools.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B sites and applications.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Experience in developing design systems and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
