We are a company of 32 Years reputation in IT Sales & Service industry and are seeking bright and
go-getters candidates from sales & marketing academic background to join for business
development and sales of IT Staffing/ Placements.
Role & responsibilities
- This is an Inside Sales role, of lead generation, client relationship, and achieving sales targets.
- Provide staffing solutions to corporates in IT technical roles
- Handle sales queries and provide solution and quote to customers
- Target oriented approach and focus.
- Build long term relationship and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of IT industry and service sales will be an advantage
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Strong interest in technology and an understanding of IT services.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role
within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using software tools like Google workplace and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
- Ability to build long term relationship with customers
- Should be Presentable & Cheerful
