Business Development Executive

About the Role:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth for SIQES by identifying potential clients, building strategic relationships, and promoting our IT products and software solutions. The candidate should have prior experience in IT or software sales and a strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software sectors.
- Present and promote SIQES software products such as ERP, HRMS, and other digital solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (IT/software sales preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead generation strategies, and digital communication platforms.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years.
