_**Opening for Management Information Systems (MIS), Executive**_
- **Overview**:_

7 Hills Nexgram is looking for a Management Information Systems (MIS), Executive to support the team in creation maintenance, and improvement of information systems and reports. This role involves gathering data, analyzing trends, generating reports, and ensuring that information flows smoothly across departments to support decision-making processes.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Collect data from various sources within the organization.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights for business operations
- Prepare and present reports for management teams, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel - Advance formulas, Pivot tables, Macros (VBA)
- Google spreadsheet - Cloud Based Collaboration
- Power BI - Data visualization (preferred)

**2.Report Generation and Distribution**:

- Assist in the creation and formatting of regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., sales, financial, inventory reports).
- Distribute reports to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.

**3.Data Integrity and Quality Control**:

- Monitor data integrity across systems and ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.
- Perform regular checks and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

**4. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with different departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their MIS requirements.
- Communicate technical information in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.

5. **System and Tool Support**:

- Assist in the implementation of new software tools or systems to improve MIS capabilities.
- Provide basic training or support to users of MIS tools within the organization.
- **Skills and Qualifications**_:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information management system or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of database management (SQL or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with team and manage multiple tasks.
