**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and manage data from various sources, including sales, inventory, logistics, and accounts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business performance indicators (KPIs).

**Operational Support**:

- Monitor inventory levels and provide insights to ensure optimal stock management.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning distribution schedules.
- Support the sales and logistics teams by providing accurate and actionable data.

**System Management**:

- Maintain and update the company’s database and reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with MIS systems in coordination with IT teams.

**Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in processes or systems.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by various departments.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of experience in MIS or data management roles, preferably in a distribution or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with the building material industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Knowledge of MIS tools and software, such as SAP, Tally, or Power BI would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
