Location: Dharampur, Distt. Solan Himachal

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

· Expertise in design architecture and design pattern.

· Assist in designing for various projects in retail, interiors designing.

· Must be willing to learn and interested in interior projects.

· Prepare design presentations during various stages of client meetings.

· Develop architectural/ interior design and prepare detailed drawing sets as per the standards, bill of quantities, and specifications.

· Should be excellent in design and presentation skills required.

· Proficiency in 3d software and rendering would be an advantage

· In time completion of the presentation, drawings as per the deadline

· Would be required to prepare conceptual design presentations.

· Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.

· Knowledge of Acoustics will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualification

· B.Arch./B.Tech/M.Tech with Architectural knowledge.

· Job Location-Dharampur, Dist. Solan. Himachal Pradesh

· Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, Project Management Software

· Photoshop, MS Office

· Proven work experience as an Architect

· Strong imagination and ability to think

· Communication and Project Management Skills.

· Candidate should be from Himachal Pradesh
