Mep Coordinator

**Reviewing Design Documents**:MEP Coordinators assess MEP design specifications, plans, and shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
- **Coordination & Integration**:They ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements by coordinating with architects, engineers, and other trades.
- **Scheduling & Planning**:They develop and manage MEP installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- **Subcontractor Management**:They oversee MEP subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, and coordination of their work to meet project requirements.
- **Quality Control & Assurance**:They implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues or conflicts during MEP system planning and execution.
- **Communication & Reporting**:They maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and participate in meetings.
- **Technical Support & Guidance**:They offer technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems and modeling approaches, potentially using tools like Navisworks or Revit.
- **Safety Compliance**:They ensure all MEP installations comply with safety regulations and standards.
- **Testing & Commissioning**:They oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, ensuring they are fully functional.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
